Returns & Cancellations — Aurika By Priyanka

At Aurika By Priyanka, we believe that jewellery should bring joy — not regret. If you aren’t fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a smooth and customer-friendly return process.

Return Policy (India Orders Only)

We accept returns for store credit via a coupon code if:

  • The return request is made within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  • The product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • You ship the product to us within 5 days of our return approval. Return shipping is to be borne by the customer.

How to Initiate a Return:

Step 1: Inform Us
  Email us at vivekanand@aurikabypriyanka.com with your order number, product name, and clear photo(s) of the item(s) within 48 hours of delivery.

Step 2: Send It Back
  Once we approve the request, ship the item(s) back securely with original packaging. Share the courier tracking details with us.

Step 3: Receive Your Refund Coupon
  On receiving and inspecting your return, we’ll issue a store credit coupon equal to the product value within 3 working days. This coupon will be valid for 1 year.

Damaged Items

Though we pack your jewellery with great care, if you receive a damaged product:

  • Email us at vivekanand@aurikabypriyanka.com with the unboxing video within 48 hours.
  • Once verified, we will either replace the product (subject to availability) or issue a refund coupon for the full amount.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order before it is shipped:

  • Prepaid orders will be refunded (with 5% deduction as payment gateway fees).
  • COD orders will be confirmed via call before shipping.

Important Notes

  • Returns are only accepted for unused products in original packaging.
  • A ₹250 deduction will apply for non-acceptance of COD/prepaid orders, covering forward and return shipping.
  • Refunds are issued only as coupon codes, not to bank accounts.
  • Coupon codes are valid for 1 year and cannot be clubbed with other offers.
