At Aurika By Priyanka, we are committed to delivering your chosen pieces swiftly, safely, and with care. We ship across all serviceable pin codes in India through our trusted logistics partners to ensure timely and secure deliveries.

Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders are typically processed within 5–7 business days from the date of purchase. Once dispatched, you will receive an email and/or SMS with your tracking number and a link to track your shipment in real time.

If we anticipate a delay in dispatching your order due to stock, logistics, or unforeseen issues, we will notify you via your registered email.

Order Delivery Timelines

  • Metro Cities: Estimated delivery within 7–10 business days from dispatch.

  • Non-Metro Cities & Rural Areas: Estimated delivery within 9–15 business days from dispatch.

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to logistical constraints or external conditions. You are encouraged to track your order using the tracking link shared upon dispatch.

Important Note on Mobile Number & OTP

To ensure successful delivery, a 10-digit Indian mobile number is mandatory. 

Please ensure:

  • Your mobile number is active and accessible at the time of delivery.

  • You respond promptly to any OTP or delivery verification requests.

Failure to verify the OTP may result in non-delivery of the package. In such cases, if the order is returned to our warehouse:

  • Re-shipping charges of ₹250 will be applicable.

  • These charges must be prepaid before re-dispatch.

Shipping Charges

  • Prepaid Orders: Enjoy free shipping across India.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): A shipping and handling fee of ₹125 is applicable on all COD orders.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a Tracking URL and AWB number via email. You can use these details to track your shipment status live.

Failed Delivery & Re-Shipping

Our delivery partners make up to three attempts to deliver your order. If the order remains undelivered and is returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Unavailability of recipient
  • OTP not received or entered

You may request re-shipment by paying an additional charge of ₹250. For COD orders, payment must be made online in advance before the order is re-shipped.
