These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of www.aurikabypriyanka.com, operated by Aurika by Priyanka, a brand owned and managed by Priyanka Khot (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms, the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, and applicable laws in India.

1. Amendments

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will take effect once posted on the website. Continued use of the platform implies acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Platform and Registration

2.1 User Account

To make purchases or access certain features, you must register using a valid email and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.

2.2 Eligibility

By registering, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age,

  • You are competent to enter into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.

3. Terms of Service

3.1 Right to Refuse Service

We may suspend, cancel, or restrict access to our website or services without notice if we believe a user has violated the Terms or applicable law.

3.2 Product Representation

We attempt to be as accurate as possible in product descriptions, pricing, and availability. However, we do not warrant that the content is error-free or up-to-date. Product availability is subject to change without notice.

4. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.

  • We accept payments via secure third-party payment gateways.

  • For COD orders, the full amount must be paid upon delivery.

  • Aurika by Priyanka reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of a pricing or stock error.

5. Order Fulfilment and Delivery

  • Orders are usually shipped within 5–7 business days.

  • We use reputable logistics partners who attempt delivery up to three times.

  • For undelivered orders due to customer unavailability or incorrect address, the package will be returned to us. Re-delivery will incur an additional charge of ₹250, to be prepaid.

  • COD re-attempts require complete payment online in advance along with the additional charge of ₹250 for delivery reattempt.

6. Returns, Replacements, and Refunds

In accordance with Rule 4(5)(c) of the E-Commerce Rules:

  • Return/exchange is applicable only for damaged or defective products, not for change of mind.

  • Customers must report any damaged product within 48 hours of delivery by emailing support@aurikabypriyanka.com with photos of the damage.

  • We will initiate a replacement of the same or similar item depending on availability.

  • Refunds will be processed only if a replacement is not possible.

7. Grievance Redressal (As per Rule 4(5)(d))

8. Intellectual Property

All content on www.aurikabypriyanka.com—including images, logos, designs, text, and videos—is the property of Aurika by Priyanka or its licensors and is protected under the Copyright Act, 1957 and Trademarks Act, 1999. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited and may result in legal action.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Aurika by Priyanka shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages from use of the site or products.

  • We are not liable for delays caused by force majeure events, third-party service failures, or circumstances beyond our control.

10. User Conduct and Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

  • Violate any local, national, or international law;

  • Post false, misleading, defamatory, or fraudulent content;

  • Use the website for unauthorized commercial purposes.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
